Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through active prospecting and relationship management. * Conduct professional property viewings and highlight the key benefits and features to customers. * Handle client inquiries, negotiate offers, and manage the full sales process smoothly from first contact to closing. * Track market trends, property values, and competitor updates to provide accurate and informed guidance to clients. * Meet monthly sales targets and represent IA Wealth Dubai with high standards of professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Proven sales experience (1–2 years minimum), preferably in real estate. * Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and customer-focused. * Well-presentable, energetic, and motivated to perform. * Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful deals.
