Sales Agent – HR Consultancy / Manpower Recruitment

Company Overview

We are a professional HR Consultancy and Manpower Recruitment company specializing in workforce supply and recruitment solutions for companies across the UAE. Our services focus on industries including warehousing, logistics, packaging, manufacturing, facility management, and related sectors.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Agent to identify manpower requirements from companies within the UAE and generate recruitment opportunities for the company.

The role is fully target-based and suitable for individuals with strong networking, communication, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach companies requiring manpower and recruitment services.

  • Generate new business opportunities for the company.

  • Build and maintain relationships with HR departments, operations managers, and business owners.

  • Collect manpower requirements and coordinate with management.

  • Conduct regular company visits and follow-ups.

  • Promote the company’s recruitment and manpower services.

  • Assist in coordinating interviews and candidate placements when required.

  • Maintain professional communication with clients and management.

Target Requirements

  • Minimum target: Successful deployment of at least 10 candidates per month.

  • Continuous business development and client acquisition efforts are expected.

Compensation Structure

  • No fixed salary.

  • No fixed working hours.

  • Compensation shall be entirely performance-based.

Commission:

AED 400 will be paid for each successfully deployed candidate.

Commission shall be released after:

  • Candidate deployment is completed, and

  • The candidate successfully joins the assigned company.

Working Arrangement

  • Flexible working structure.

  • The Sales Agent may operate independently while maintaining regular coordination with management.

  • The role may involve field visits, client meetings, and business networking activities across the UAE.


Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, manpower supply, or business development is preferred.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to independently generate leads and close business opportunities.

  • Familiarity with UAE corporate sectors is an advantage.

  • Candidates holding their own UAE visa will be preferred.

  • A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Performance Expectations

The Sales Agent is expected to:

  • Maintain professionalism at all times,

  • Act in the best interests of the company,

  • Ensure proper communication with clients,

  • Support the company’s growth objectives through active business generation.
