Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales & Application Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing product demonstrations, and offering technical support to customers. You’ll play a key role in educating clients on proper product usage and ensuring customer satisfaction across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (e.g., detailing centers, garages, car wash businesses).

• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training sessions for customers. Provide technical support and after-sales service to ensure proper product such as Polish, Chemicals, Ceramic, PPF and Tint.

• Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and sales performance.

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in the automotive or car care industry.

Strong knowledge of car care products and application techniques (detailing, polishing, coating, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to travel frequently for client visits and demonstrations.

• UAE Driving license and Car is must

Qualifications:

• Technical background in auto detailing or similar field is a plus.

• Experience in training or application support roles.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
