Pledge Properties is looking for motivated and driven Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential for high performers.
Role Overview
As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property investments, and closing real estate deals in Dubai’s competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, networking, and referrals
Contact and follow up with potential buyers and investors
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Present and explain property projects confidently to clients
Arrange and attend property viewings and meetings
Negotiate deals and assist in closing sales
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors
Stay updated on market trends and new developments
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in sales and client handling
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently
Passion for real estate and sales
Experience in real estate or sales is an advantage (not mandatory)

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are hungry for success, ready to learn, and committed to achieving high income through performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid foundational knowledge of sales principles.
A minimum of 1 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Certification in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales to validate expertise and strategic selling capabilities.
Experience in the specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) to leverage industry knowledge for better client engagement.
