Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into sales through inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.br> Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections.br> Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.br> Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
