Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting company services and products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships. � Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach potential customers through calls, walk-ins, or online leads • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services • Present, promote, and sell company offerings professionally • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner • Build long-term relationships with clients • Stay updated on company products, pricing, and market trends • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
