Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by promoting & selling Express, Air-Freight, Sea-Freight services.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Achieve sales targets through new (brand new business) & existing customers (cross-sell).

Handle adhoc shipment enquiries (Imports, exports); prepare competitive price & service proposals.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years experience in Shipping, Logistics industry.

Self driven individual with a passion for delighting customers.

Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
