Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and AMC services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, real estate companies, and property managers
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline
Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project handover and execution
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely payment collection
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of proven sales experience in MEP, construction, facility management, or real estate sector (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and AMC services
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong client network within Dubai/UAE market is an advantage
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality
Ability to work independently and handle outdoor sales activities
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Currently available in UAE for interview and immediate joining
