Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the revenue objectives of our company by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions from our product portfolio that best fit their requirements. Your efforts will help expand our market presence and ensure customer satisfaction through strong, lasting relationships. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build a network of contacts.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
- Offer post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to capture greater market share.
- Meet regularly with the sales team to review performance and strategize improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence potential clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking leads.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and participate in events.
