Job description Urgent Requirement - Account Managers / Business Development Officers / Tele sales / B2B Sales
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the client account strategy, fulfil client business needs.
Ensure sales targets, revenue, and profit targets are met.
Develop sales strategies for business customers involving pipeline management, forecasting, and lead generation to achieve given sales targets.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
JOB REQUIREMENT: 1 to 3 years experience in Telecom or any sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid foundational knowledge of sales principles.
A minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Certification in sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales to validate expertise and strategic selling capabilities.
