Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sales Manager / Executive with experience in new business Acquisition/ generating qualified leads for accounting, bookkeeping, or consultancy firms. The ideal candidate should understand the basics of accounting and finance, and be capable of communicating the Benefits of Virtual CFO and outsourcing services to small and medium business owners.
Who We Are VRTual CFO is a strategic finance and accounting advisory firm helping businesses in the UAE, UK, and beyond streamline operations, strengthen financial control, and drive growth. We combine CFO-level insights with hands-on accounting, ERP, and reporting support—delivering clarity, efficiency, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract SME clients for accounting, bookkeeping, and Virtual CFO services. Identify and qualify leads through research, outreach, and follow-ups. Build and manage a lead pipeline using CRM tools. Coordinate with the management team to prepare service proposals, presentations, and digital content. Track and report performance of marketing and lead generation activities. Support in organizing webinars, workshops, and online campaigns related to finance and business management topics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years Proven track record in marketing or business development, preferably in an accounting, audit, consultancy, financial services firm or ERP sales team. Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting terms, bookkeeping, VAT, or financial reporting concepts.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong research and prospecting skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, or lead generation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred:

Experience working with UAE-based SMEs. Knowledge of UAE market, Accounting, VAT, or accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo).

UAE driving License
