Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive with strong experience in ceramics tiles, sanitary ware and building materials. Candidate will have a proven records in the market and excellent relationships with contractors, consultants, traders, retailers and clients across the UAE.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales for ceramics and sanitary ware products across the UAE

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project decision makers

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long term clients

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competitors activities in the market

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

  • Use the company CRM to manage the sales pipeline, log activities, track quotes, and generate weekly reports


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in ceramics, tiles, sanitary ware.

  • Strong UAE market knowledge, especially within construction and fit out sectors.

  • Valid UAE driving license (must)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
