Sales Executive
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales within our Hawar Resort by Mantis Hotel focusing on expanding our client base. Possessing excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. The role requires strategic planning, client relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating professionalism, customer-centricity, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Industry Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Sector Expertise: Demonstrated understanding and experience in Corporate and MICE sectors of the hospitality industry.
- Achievement Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Skill Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Professional Attributes: Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
