Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and projects within the construction and industrial sector.
Generate leads and nurture client relationships to expand the company's project pipeline.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client requirements are met.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote the company's products and services.
Stay abreast of market trends and product innovations to provide superior client consultation and service.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Report regularly to upper management on sales progress and market insights.
Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of the company's product line, as well as the competition's offerings.
Offer technical advice and support to clients, making sure that the best solutions are provided according to their needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the specified industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
