Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and projects within the construction and industrial sector.

  • Generate leads and nurture client relationships to expand the company's project pipeline.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client requirements are met.

  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote the company's products and services.

  • Stay abreast of market trends and product innovations to provide superior client consultation and service.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Report regularly to upper management on sales progress and market insights.

  • Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of the company's product line, as well as the competition's offerings.

  • Offer technical advice and support to clients, making sure that the best solutions are provided according to their needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the specified industries.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
