Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular client visits to present products/services and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
  • Provide product demonstrations and prepare sales proposals
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity reports
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven outdoor/field sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
