Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Contact potential clients and present property options based on their requirements
  • Conduct site visits and property tours for clients
  • Explain pricing, payment plans, contracts, and terms clearly to customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and finance teams
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure after-sales support

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales (local Oman market experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
  • Valid driving license (preferred, if site visits are required)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
