Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and heavy machinery sectors
· Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
· Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development) to align sales strategies with market demands.
· Candidate must have 3 – 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction machinery industry
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of construction equipment (e.g., cranes, concrete machinery) and the Saudi Arabian market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Valid driving license required.
- Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
