Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
  • Promote company products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience.
  • Proven Experience of 3+ years in the same position.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
  • Preferred Industries: Manufacturing, Construction, Industrial Products, FMCG, Trading, or Services.
