Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our sustainable textile solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and experience in sales (preferably B2B).

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and identify business opportunities in the textile, gift, and promotion items.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Educate clients on the benefits of upcycled textiles and sustainability.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Report on sales activities, forecast, and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in sales (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
  • CRM proficiency and organizational skills.
  • Identify new business opportunities with corporate entities, government institutions, the hospitality sector, and the educational sector. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Management: Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable upcycling solutions.
  • Develop strong long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Required a valid UAE Driving license
