Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell a wide range of building materials and paint products to contractors, retailers, and end-users.

  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and accounts to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery

  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers when required

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales within the building materials, sanitary ware, hardware, or paint industry

  • Familiarity with paint brands and products (experience with Jotun or similar brands is an advantage)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients

  • Target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve results

  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory for Outdoor Sales Executives)

  • Good knowledge of the UAE market, including contractors, projects, and retail networks
