Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients across the oil & gas, marine, and construction sectors.
  • Understand client requirements and provide technically sound, cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents in line with company standards.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth and profitability.
  • Conduct client and site visits to provide product demonstrations, guidance, and technical support.
  • Promote the company’s range of products including wire ropes, slings, shackles, and load testing services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to support business strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in lifting, rigging, or mooring equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of wire ropes, slings, shackles, and lifting accessories.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Candidates with UAE industry experience preferred.
