Roles & Responsibilities

Al Sol Marine Services LLC is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Executive / Manager to join our marine spare parts business. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of marine equipment and spare parts, strong sales skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients in the marine industry.

Requirements • Experience in sales, preferably in marine spare parts or marine industry • Good knowledge of marine equipment and spare parts • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Valid UAE driving license (preferred) • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

• Promote and sell marine spare parts to existing and new customers • Identify new business opportunities within the marine sector • Maintain strong relationships with ship owners, Ship Management Companies, workshops, and suppliers • Follow up on inquiries and quotations, and close sales • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
