Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive – Market Expansion, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth in Saudi Arabia, helping us build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and suppliers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on the ground to identify and engage contractors, builders, and suppliers across Riyadh
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong, localized sales pipeline
- Educate prospects on BRKZ’s platform and how it simplifies sourcing and procurement
- Meet monthly sales targets and close deals that drive measurable growth
- Expand our customer base and unlock new business opportunities in the market
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, customer success, and timely delivery execution
- Partner with the Success team to hand over newly closed accounts for long-term relationship management
- Share market insights and customer feedback to help shape our expansion strategy
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (experience in building materials or construction is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently in the field
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with CRM tools and basic reporting
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
