Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Marine, and Heavy Equipment sectors.
- Promote and sell the company's Third-Party Inspection Services, Certification, Engineering Services, NDT, Lifting Equipment Inspection, and other technical services.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients (Operators, EPC Contractors, Shipyards, Marine Owners, Equipment OEMs, etc.).
- Develop account strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to understand requirements and promote services.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts in line with company policies.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, standards (ISO, API, ASME), competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the target markets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of sales experience in Oil & Gas, Marine, Heavy Machinery, or Engineering Services sector.
- Strong understanding of Third-Party Inspection, NDT, Lifting Equipment Inspection, Certification, and Technical Services is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
- Strong network within the Oil & Gas, Marine, EPC, and Heavy Industry sectors.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as required (local and regional).
