Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Conduct product demos and effectively communicate value propositions to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive revenue growth
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable
