Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of premium power tools and accessories (DeWalt & other leading brands)

  • Develop and expand relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts across the UAE

  • Manage and grow channel sales network to achieve assigned sales targets

  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new channel partners

  • Handle RFQs, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively

  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical support to customers

  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in channel sales / distribution sales within power tools, hardware, construction, or industrial products

  • Mandatory experience in managing dealer & distributor networks in the UAE

  • Strong understanding of channel sales, market mapping, and business development

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Technical knowledge of power tools (DeWalt or similar brands preferred)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to generate leads, develop new business, and maintain client relationships

  • Experience in handling quotations and commercial negotiations

  • UAE driving license is mandatory

  • Familiarity with UAE market (Dubai, Sharjah & Northern Emirates)

  • Languages: English (mandatory), Hindi (required), Arabic (added advantage)

  • Candidates currently based in UAE preferred

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
