Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and build rapport to create a positive shopping experience, fostering customer loyalty.
- Actively listen to customer needs, understand their preferences, and offer personalized product recommendations that match their requirements.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge, including features, benefits, and usage, to effectively address customer inquiries and overcome objections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; some vocational training in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits.
