Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head / Business Development Leader to drive our HR and EOR services growth across UAE and international markets. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading strategic sales initiatives to expand FintalX’s presence in the HR outsourcing and EOR services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive sales and business development for FintalX’s HR, recruitment, and EOR service offerings.
· Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand services with existing clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, and C-level executives.
· Collaborate with delivery teams to design tailored HR/EOR solutions for clients.
· Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen FintalX’s positioning.
· Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
· Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
· Represent FintalX in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
· Lead and mentor a small sales and business development team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Proven experience in HR services, recruitment solutions, or EOR business development.
· Strong track record in sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
· Deep understanding of HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, and EOR solutions.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to identify client needs and propose strategic solutions.
· Strong network with HR and business leaders in UAE and Gulf markets.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field; MBA is a plus.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
