Job Title: Sales Head (Luxury Perfume Brand)


Location: Based in UAE


Job Specific Information


As the Sales Head for our luxury perfume brand ,you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the region. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners, ensuring the brand's presence and prominence in the luxury fragrance market.

· Identify and pursue business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for seeking avenues to develop brand visibility and market penetration.

· Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to create strategic decision-making and identify areas for growth.

· Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, serving as a brand ambassador and fostering positive relationships within the local community and industry.

· Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability in alignment with the brand's objectives and values.

· Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and retail partners, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor offerings and enhance brand loyalty.



Desired Candidate Profile


Qualifications & Experience:


· Graduate / Postgraduate Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

· Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the luxury fragrance or cosmetics industry, with a deep understanding of the GCC market. Require above 17 to 20 years’ experience in territory.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Ability to coach and develop talent
