Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales & Leasing Manager to lead and inspire our team of property consultants. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in the Dubai market, a deep understanding of RERA regulations, and the ability to drive revenue in both secondary sales and leasing sectors. You will be responsible for mentoring agents, managing a high-quality portfolio, and ensuring the team hits aggressive monthly targets


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 5–10 agents, conducting weekly performance reviews and providing hands-on training for lead conversion and closing.

  • Listing Management: Oversee the quality of listings on portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) to ensure maximum lead generation and brand consistency.

  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA guidelines. Oversee the accuracy of Form A, Form B, and Form F.

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies for both residential and commercial sectors to meet and exceed company KPIs.

  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain and optimize the company CRM (Odoo) to track the sales pipeline, lead distribution, and team productivity.

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on Dubai’s shifting market trends, rental price index changes, and new off-plan launches to provide expert advice to clients and the team.

Conflict Resolution: Act as the final point of escalation for complex negotiations between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of active experience in Dubai real estate (required).

  • License: RERA Broker Card and a UAE Driver’s License.

  • Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Ejari system, DLD transfer processes, and the Dubai Rental Increase Calculator.

  • Software: Proficiency in Real Estate CRMs (experience with Odoo ) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English (Multilingualism, particularly Arabic or Hindi/Urdu, is an advantage).

Leadership: Proven ability to manage a multicultural team and foster a high-performance culture
