Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets
- Develop sales strategies for retail and wholesale customers
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Monitor sales performance, pricing, and competitor activity
- Lead promotions, upselling, and bundled sales initiatives
- Manage and coach the sales team to improve performance
- Oversee inventory levels, stock movement, and demand planning
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and company policies
- Prepare monthly sales and KPI performance reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred
- Strong knowledge of the UAE spare parts market
- Experience with Japanese, Korean, American, or European brands
- Knowledge of inventory systems, MS Office, VAT, and import/export procedures
- Valid UAE driving license
- Leadership and team management
