Job Title: Sales Manager Construction Sealants
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in sales, particularly related to fa ade Construction industry.
This role is pivotal in identifying new projects, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through construction applications, primarily sealants and roof water-proofing applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fa ade industry, with a deep understanding of sealant applications, customer needs, and market trends specifically related to facade.
Knowledge of firestop sealants, selling Polyurea or PU Foam combo-based coatings is a must.
Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Construction sealant product line.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in sales, particularly related to fa ade Construction industry.

Responsibilities Include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, channel partners for fa ade business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
- Develop and execute the AOP for construction sealant segment.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of potential projects and provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights.
- To develop direct key accounts
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
- Sales background with 10+ years of experience in developing and selling facade industry products
- Strong knowledge of fa ade consultants, aluminum fabricators and glass processors.
- Excellent communication and project management skills and developing key accounts
- Extensive contacts with fa ade consultants to get product approved, if not in approved list.
- Experience in working closely with fa ade consultant / industry for projects.
- Contacts with specialty distributors/channel partners for water-proofing products are a plus.
