Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement B2B sales strategies focusing on growing revenue and in alignment with the company vision.
Identify and secure new business opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
Actively gain exposure and insights into local market development and business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to align go-to-market strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Lead and coach a team of sales representatives, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
Ensure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) are updated with accurate sales pipeline data.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Knowledge and Experience
Experience in selling to multiple entities in the construction industry.
Experience in dealing with and maintaining contractors' relationships.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. Education and Certifications
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
5-7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
