Roles & Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Own and execute enterprise sales strategy across the UAE
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing cybersecurity sales team
Engage CISOs, security leaders, and decision-makers
Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities
Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer teams
Represent StarcSec at industry events and forums
You Should Have
10+ years of cybersecurity sales leadership experience
Strong enterprise or government network in the UAE
Proven success scaling revenue in fast-growth environments
Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
Bonus Points For
Experience selling AppSec, DevSecOps, or cloud security platforms
Familiarity with regional partner ecosystems
Exposure to enterprise procurement cycles
