Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue
targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain client
relationships.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and
contracts.
Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery
and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
strategies.
Report on sales performance and forecasts to senior
management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree and above
5-7 Years of Experience in B2B sales, Facility Management MEP and Cleaning service.
Experience managing a sales team is required.
