Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the FMCG sector, targeting key performance indicators and market trends.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability to drive results.
- Analyze sales data and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize product positioning in the market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors to enhance product visibility and availability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for strategic insight.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Certifications in sales management or customer relationship management (CRM) are preferred to enhance strategic capabilities.
- Experience working with leading FMCG brands, demonstrating an understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
