Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies, to drive sales growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the HORECA sector.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities within the HORECA landscape.
- Manage and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal team performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the HORECA industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of the market.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
