Your Role Introduction and Job Description We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial personality who is motivated to further develop our market share in UAE ( North UAE & South UAE ). You will work within a dynamic sales & marketing team and report directly to the Business Line Manager. Together we shall develop and implement the go to market strategy, to position Atlas Copco as a leader in Compressed air Industry while increasing our customers awareness about our products. The main responsibility of the successful candidate will be to: Responsible for the development and implementation of Industrial air sales and marketing strategy to maximize business results to increase Market share Create indirect influence on the market by coordinating with relevant authorities to support our product market development strategy Bring Specific focus on all the general industry segments coupled with building relationships with large key customers and Exploring opportunities on customers with competition Installations. Be up to date with your competitors features and benefits Support in lead generation and sales enablement activities for distributors region in coordination with the communications team Establishing operational sales excellence through consultative or solution-based selling with or alongside a multi-cultural workforce within culturally diverse environments. Improve the Hit Rate and Proactive sales management for the distributors Personnel. Set the Market Price and products positioning for each respective market in the region Coordinate with the regional product marketing Manager to focus on competence development of sales force Effectively use CRM tool to measure and plan sales appointment / activities Developing innovative concepts and solving challenges cooperatively with sales force To succeed, you will need Experience requirements - Excellent proven sales experience with a minimum experience of 10-12 years in sales of high-quality industrial machines, and/or preferably air compressors - Atlas Copco experience shall be considered as an advantage Knowledge and Competences Knowledge of the market in Middle East Market is required. Candidate must be fluent in spoken & written English. Excellent forward planning, reporting and organization skills Knowledge of the industry and trends to provide direction to the business. Adequate knowledge of using MS office tools is required. Hight technical and engineering background. Familiarity and experience to deal and negotiate commercial terms and conditions. Educational requirements Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
