Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the commercial strategy in the assigned region.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
- Manage, train and motivate the regional sales team.
- Monitor the performance of points of sale and analyze sales.
- To ensure the development of the client portfolio and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma: Bac+3/5 in Business, Marketing or Management.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in FMCG sales, with experience in team management.
Qualities: leadership, results orientation, organization and autonomy.
