Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Director to join our dynamic team in Algiers, Algeria. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • To lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals in order to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Create and present compelling presentations and sales proposals
  • Monitor and report on sales performance indicators, providing information and recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiating and concluding high value-added contracts with clients.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar sector
  • Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • In-depth understanding of sales strategies, market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Knowledge of the local market in Algiers and the surrounding regions is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages ​​(e.g., Arabic or French) are an asset.
