Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will lead the strategic sales efforts for Hawar Resort by Mantis, focusing on expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires exceptional leadership, advanced negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Manager will oversee the full sales cycle, guide the sales team, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and seamless execution of initiatives. Success in this role demands strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Sales Planning: Develop, lead, and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives and revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities across key market segments including Corporate, MICE, and Leisure.
- Client Relationship & Account Management: Build, nurture, and maintain high-value relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Oversee key account management to ensure long-term business growth and client satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence & Revenue Development: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities. Recommend and adapt sales strategies based on market conditions and business priorities.
- Proposal, Contracting & Negotiation: Supervise the development of compelling proposals, sales presentations, and contract documents. Lead high-level negotiations to secure profitable business and establish long-term partnerships.
- Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Revenue teams to ensure cohesive communication and successful project implementation.
Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance performance, productivity, and professional growth.
- Industry Engagement: Maintain strong awareness of industry developments, market shifts, and competitor activities to position the resort competitively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
