Sales Manager – IT & Cybersecurity Solutions (KSA & Bahrain) About the Company We are a fast-growing IT and Cybersecurity solutions provider with offices in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and India, serving enterprise clients across the banking, oil & gas, telecom, manufacturing, and government sectors. Job Details • Position: Regional Sales Manager – KSA & Bahrain • Location: Dammam / Bahrain • Experience: 5-7 years in IT or Cybersecurity enterprise sales • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities • Drive regional sales growth in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and industrial technology solutions across KSA and Bahrain, achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets. • Identify, pursue, and close enterprise deals with clients in the banking, oil & gas, telecom, manufacturing, and government sectors. • Build and manage client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement, satisfaction, and repeat business. • Lead the sales process end-to-end — from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design and deliver solutions aligned with customer requirements and compliance frameworks (CBB, SAMA, NCA, PCI DSS, etc.). • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and account mapping to identify opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies. • Represent the company at regional events, conferences, and trade shows, building brand visibility and market influence. • Mentor junior sales or business development staff, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration. Desired Candidate Profile • 5-7+ years of B2B sales experience in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or SaaS Enterprise Solutions. • Proven success in selling to banks, large enterprises, and government clients within Saudi Arabia and Bahrain (experience in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah preferred). • Established network of decision-makers and influencers across enterprise and government accounts. • Strong understanding of IT hardware (servers, storage, NAS, SAN), networking , and cybersecurity solutions (EDR, NDR, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, Seclore, etc.). • Knowledge of consulting services such as penetration testing, PCI DSS audits, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging C-suite executives and technical stakeholders. • Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic) preferred. • Must possess a valid KSA driving license and own vehicle. • Based in Dammam or Bahrain, with willingness to travel extensively across both markets. • 6-8+ years of B2B sales experience in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or SaaS Enterprise Solutions. • Proven success in selling to banks, large enterprises, and government clients within Saudi Arabia and Bahrain (experience in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah preferred). • Established network of decision-makers and influencers across enterprise and government accounts. • Strong understanding of IT hardware (servers, storage, NAS, SAN), networking (Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Juniper, etc.), and cybersecurity solutions (EDR, NDR, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, Seclore, etc.). • Knowledge of consulting services such as penetration testing, PCI DSS audits, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks.
