Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing client portfolio
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to guide sales strategies
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior sales team members
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings
  • Generate detailed reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery to clients
  • Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and hospitality trends

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

  • 3 5 years of sales experience, with managerial or supervisory background preferred
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of sales methods, principles, and negotiation techniques
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ideally Opera PMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and client engagements
