What We're Looking For:

Demonstrated experience of minimum 2+ years of leading and motivating a team, with a track record of achieving results and driving performance.
Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, with the ability to leverage insights for strategic advantage.
Articulate and persuasive, with the ability to engage and inspire both clients and team members.
