Roles & Responsibilities

Are you a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment?

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team, focused on managing day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales.


Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with active channel partners to ensure consistent lead flow.

- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and explain project offerings based on customer needs.

- Assist clients with the booking process, documentation, legal formalities, and payment follow-ups.

- Provide updates on construction progress, possession timelines, and handover.

- Organize partner meets, engagement events, and reward programs to boost loyalty and performance.

- Resolve client issues and queries with professionalism and urgency.

- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through regular engagement and support.

Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in Real Estate.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proactive and results-driven
- Languages known - Arabic-French, English, Russian, Chinese, German, Indian , European, Hindi/Urdu
- Driving License (preferred)
Salary: Competitive fixed salary + Commissions + Incentives + Bonuses
