Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our water treatment sales operations in UAE. The candidate will manage the sales team, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage sales engineers.

  • Develop sales strategy & annual sales plan.

  • Monitor KPIs and performance tracking

  • Build strong relationships with key clients

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferred Mechanical/Electrical)

  • 5–8 years UAE experience in water treatment

  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial role

  • Strong market network

  • Forecast sales and pipeline management

  • Support major negotiations and closing deals
