Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead the sales team by setting targets, mentoring, and monitoring performance.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery of proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and payment conditions with clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil Engineer or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out, construction, or related industry in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client network within the Real estate, corporate, and hospitality sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
