Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Supervise day to day activities pertaining to UAE region- Speciality gas markets

· Ensure product is available in the zones with the support of Operations/Procurement Department.

Set up and implement systems to improve overall sales.

· Achieve the Specialty Gases target for the country.

· Work with the Sales team members to reach out to prospective customers and convert them into Business.

· Manage the sales process which includes – Quotations, response to tenders and enquiries, follow up of offers.

Ensure sustained customer base and grow business consistently.

Ensure the profitability targets are met as the management directive

· Timely resolution of customer complaints with the help of Customer Service Engineer

Resolving the same with the help of Operations department within the set time frame

Desired Candidate Profile

· Proactive and outgoing personality, excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English.

· Multitasking, procedure & priorities oriented, punctual and self-starter individual who can work both in a team and independently.

· Sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Auto CAD is an added advantage.

· Ability to study fabrication drawings and sound knowledge on Structural & Piping .

· Sound knowledge in Cryogenic Tanks, Tankers maintenance.

· Preferrable experience in industrial gases background like Liquid Oxygen,Nitrogen,Argon,CO2.
