Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager- Indirect Team to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading sales initiatives, and nurturing client relationships. Your goal will be to identify opportunities in a competitive market, craft effective sales strategies, and help individuals and investors realize their dream of owning property in Dubai.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities to achieve or exceed company targets and KPIs.

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance throughout the property buying process.

• Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies that align with market trends and organizational goals.

• Negotiate and close deals with confidence and professionalism.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience, from inquiry to handover.

• Stay up to date with market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends.

• Represent DANUBE Properties at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.


Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven track record in sales within the real estate development sector for indirect team having strong broker connectivity.

• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to conduct market analysis and formulate effective sales plans.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• High level of motivation, resilience, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages (Persian, Hindi, Spanish or Russian) is a strong asset.
