What You ll Do

* Execute structured customer acquisition processes, from prospect identification to deal closure
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with clear follow-up actions
* Conduct sales conversations using established frameworks and track KPIs for performance
* Ensure adherence to well-defined sales workflows and operational guidelines
* Guide and support team members in following processes and achieving defined targets
* Monitor sales metrics, report progress, and maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM systems
* Collaborate with management to optimize sales strategies and improve process efficiency

* Several years of experience in sales, preferably in consulting or online marketing
* Strong focus on achieving concrete targets and measurable results
* Excellent organizational and economic thinking skills with structured execution
* Ability to lead and support teams with practical guidance rather than theoretical concepts
* Clear and professional communication in both German and English, written and verbal
* High level of accountability, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
